TikTok Shop Releases 2025 Cross-border Strategy for U.S. Sellers

2025/8/1:TikTok Shop has announced its 2025 cross-border strategy for the U.S. market, following a year of rapid growth. According to TikTok Shop’s Vice President of Cross-border E-commerce, GMV for the U.S. cross-border POP segment grew fivefold over the past year, positioning the platform as a major engine for brand expansion and sales growth.

The 2025 strategy centers on four key pillars: good content, good products, good service, and good marketing. Alongside this, TikTok Shop introduced the PEAKS methodology, outlining five core areas for growth: high-quality products, accelerated content creation, marketing amplification, creator partnerships, and improved user experience.

To support sellers, TikTok Shop is rolling out all-in-one product solutions, flexible logistics options—including FBT warehouses, 3PL/4PL support, and direct shipping—and six major incentive programs. These include the New Seller Launch Plan and Brand Acceleration Program, offering rewards and operational support tailored to different business stages.

As content-driven commerce continues to gain momentum, TikTok Shop has become a powerful new channel for global sellers. In 2024, U.S. cross-border sales on the platform surged, with active sellers and paying users more than doubling.
